How You’ll Drive Success:
As our Hygiene Coordinator, you are the engine behind our recall engine and patient flow. You will:
- Command the Hygiene Schedule: Fill openings, eliminate schedule gaps, and keep hygiene chairs consistently optimized.
- Supercharge Patient Recall: Champion our continuing care program, reactivating unscheduled patients with warmth and persistence.
- Elevate Patient Experience: Welcome patients, handle check-ins/check-outs, and guide them through treatment scheduling with clarity and care.
- Seamless Team Collaboration: Partner closely with hygienists and doctors to ensure smooth transitions and flawless daily handoffs.
