(Experienced) Dental Treatment Coordinator

Sunset Dental & Orthodontics is looking for an experienced, motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience and are seeking someone who can help patients understand their treatment, explore financial options, and move forward with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Present and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with doctors and support staff.
- Explain insurance benefits, copays, and financial arrangements.
- Collect patient payments and follow up on pending treatment.
- Schedule appointments to maximize provider availability.
- Manage multiline phones, assist with patient check-in, and support daily office operations.
- Work with the team to set and achieve practice goals.
Qualifications:
- Dental experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance benefits, and treatment coordination.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Confidence discussing treatment costs and payment options with patients.
- A positive attitude, initiative, and a commitment to teamwork.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
