Treatment Coordinator Needed at Bird Rock Dental!
Bird Rock Dental is seeking an Experienced Treatment Coordinator who is a dedicated and motivated leader, for our fast-paced dental office. Our team has created a culture and commitment to creating an experience for patients that exceeds their expectations.
The candidate we are seeking must possess the following:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
- Handle multi-lined phones.
- Efficiently schedule appointments, maximizing provider availability, and check patients in.
- Comfortable with coordinating patient treatment and collecting copays.
- Knowledge of insurance companies, benefits, and dental procedures.
- Coordinate insurance benefits and financial arrangements.
- Dental experience is a must.
- Previous sales experience and Denticon/Carestack software knowledge preferred.
- Exemplify our culture, values, and commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Must be a team player!
- Must work hand in hand with doctors and support staff to set and accomplish goals.
